How To Cook Ham Fried Rice - Easy Recipe [Wayne's Full]

Not many ingredients in the fridge? This is a quick and easy ham fried rice recipe - I mean, who doesn't like fried rice?
Recipe:
Prep time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups of ham
3 eggs
2 tbsp of canola oil
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
3 cups of steamed jasmine rice
3 tsp of sugar
1 cup of green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat canola oil in the wok pan. Heat up the wok on high heat. Add oil and sweat the onions for a couple of minutes with a couple pinches of salt.
Step 2:
Cook the ham & put aside. Add the ham and wok fry with onions for about 2 minutes, set aside.
Step 3:
Heat canola oil in the wok, keeping high heat. Pur in eggs, mix and stir continuously until 3/4 cooked (runny), season with salt and pepper, add rice, wok fry, mix and toss for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4:
Mix cooked ingredients together. Add in cooked ham and onions to the egg rice and continue to stir-fry, mix and toss. Make some room at the bottom of the wok and add green onions, season with salt and pepper, continue to fry and toss with the rice.
Step 5:
Final touches! After green onions tossed in well, add sugar, add light soy sauce, wok fry everything together for 3-4 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
